3 straight wins for the Jets and the D looking to be getting more like itself again. The offence is still far too fitful but the receivers actually made plenty of catches yesterday and Shonn Greene had his best game for a long time too. Albeit against a woeful Bills.



Massive game next week now. Can we beat the cheats and send them to 3 defeats in a row and take top place in the division? If the D plays like that then we have a real chance.

As for the game - the Jets should win, if they don't it just shows what a fraud team they really are.

We lost our opening game yesterday at Derby, 48-6 in the end. They scored on the opening kickoff and our Offence fumbled 6 times in the first half, leading them to score freely.



Our top receiver/punter dislocated his shoulder after a Derby player flipped him after the play, refs ignored it.

Just not as bad as the current PI rules...why is it defensive PI if when the ball is underthrown and the WR turns and runs into the DB, is a flag thrown? That to me is just rewarding bad QB play.

We had a beauty of a call go against us yesterday.



The refs called a personal foul against a player for taking his helmet off on the field.

However he did this because he was concussed and didn't know where he was, so badly so that we took him to the ambulance and he didn't play the rest of the game.

sounds like a right jobsworth of a ref that, technically the flag was correct but come on if the bloke has a concussion have a bit of common sense

Well I'm 0-9 in the Rlfans league along with Harrigan but we meet in week 14 so someone has to win a game eventually





I wouldn't mind but I have lost more games in this league than all my others combined, I'm 7-2/6-3/6-3 in my other 3 and leading/tied for the lead in the standings in them all I think so I surely have to make the play-offs for the 1st time ever?

So, hows every ones run in looking? Its about the time now where those of us around .500 or so start looking at the other teams in the conference in a similar position.



We have a very tough game at the weekend against the Texans at Ray Jay followed by a sure loss against the Pack in Green Bay. At 4-6 we would have to probably win every game in then to have a chance. Following that though we have 5 "easier" games against Carolina x2, the Titans, Jacksonville and Dallas. If we can (big if) win these games then that should set up the final game against Atlanta as a possible "playoff" for the wildcard.

OK, anything between 8-10 wins I reckon. If we lost to the Panthers I think we beat Ryan in the dome. If we beat the Panthers away I think we lost to ATL. It will take some effort to reach 10 wins though and in all honesty, I cant see it.

Dalton IMO has been equally as impressive as Newton, when you consider what he's got to work with.

That's how I'd have you down as finishing. Freeman is too erratic with the ball IMHO. Hoping you can win the 4th quarter is a bit of a reach. The Texans will run allover you. The Packers will put 40+ on you. Demarco Murray will go for 150+ against you. Then Cam and Matty Ice will finish you off. Promising young team, just not good enough in what is turning out to be a very balanced NFC.
