I thought the players had the final on their minds. Physically, we can over power any team in the league.
As for the game, I'm disappointed as we had enough excellent chances to win comfortably. We were poor second-half simply because our defence was dropping too deep. Nothing to do with Everton's tactics or improvement, simply our lack of intelligence. Everton fans were even booing in the first half as we dominated them to such an extent. We could quite easily have been 3-0 up. We failed to take advantage our dominance and paid the price.
Top 4 and an FA Cup Final is more than I could have expected, especially with the turmoil and player turnover.
