People said they were playing as well as him at the time Ashley. Then Messi went onto another planet. To be fair to you I remember you having him as an avatar in one of your old usernames, just before he was a hit.

Bebe did okay tonight, a rough diamond but certainly has potential. Lovely finish from Hernandez, showed great awareness and composure.

Dont mistake me with Ashley, the main man etc. Im not him. But trolling aside, it shows the ballon d'or is a bit of a joke in that too much emphasis is put on end of season international performances. Given the award is for last season, Rooney was the best player in the prem so should have been on the shortlist without a doubt.

Bebe was terrible.

As for the Little Flea, he had the whole goal to aim at and nearly fluffed it. Even the keeper managed to get a hand to it.

Couple of more goals for United though and he will be 'world class' - just like Wes Brown, Michael Carrick et al..

Flea has received more press than david Silva even though Slva has domne more in 25mins in one game that Flea has done all season. I know that's not United's fault, it is more the fault of the Rag-loving media
