Thought today would be difficult in the extreme, but didn't expect quite such a horror show. Utter disaster only averted by a last-ditch sentimental bet on Well Chief.

Sounds like a whole host of us were on Ninetieth Minute.

Also backed Cooldine but failed on the placepot again, first leg did me today (4th place) although typically got through the other five legs thereafter!

Just watched the races back without knowing the reults. Getting better but still not a bumper day, hopefully steadily improving before reaching peak on Friday.

Many there or thereabouts without fully doing the business. Coe was a beaten horse when falling and Mad Max faded when called upon. Caruthers and Massini's Maguire did okay with the latter geting me a few quid e/w but neither looked like troubling Cooldine.

Ninetieth Minute, like for many, was the big sucess followed by the e/w placing of Ski Sunday @20/1

Anyone know how Quinola Des Obeuax ran as I didn't see that race, was it ever in it?
