Yeah I agree.
He has to pass the external conditioning test. If he doesn't (eg there are long term health effects) then he wont play- something I totally agree with. If he has any long term effects then i'd shut him down for the year. Don't risk it for 1 season when A) his health is paramount B) we need him for the next 10+ years.
My comments were intended to be conditional on him being medically cleared. IF he is medically cleared (no short or long term effects) then I think he will definately play given the gravity of the game irrelevant of how much practice he has, which is likely to be zero.
Flynn is getting all the reps but Rodgers was present a 3/4 of practice today (although he has been to no meetings) and apparently he's also getting a new helmet for better protection.
