Dont worry I havent gone mad I know that Brady cant compete stat wise, I was comparing more the winning percentage/ playoff records because afterall thats what its all about.
If Favre had another SB ring or 2 nobody could argue that he wasnt one of the greatest
I'd argue that over the course of his career Brady has probably had a better supporting cast and a better coaching staff.
If he had more rings there is no doubt in my mind he would be
the number one rated QB in most people's opinion. Brady is a very good QB, and probably by the end of his career will be up there with Favre (along with Manning from the current crop).
Aside from stats, Favre is one of the only players i've personally ever seen who can single handedly win a game. As for winning percentage i'm not sure how they compare (as i can't find it) but i know Favre is second only to Elway in bringing his team back from a defecit in the 4th quarter or OT.
It's all a moot point really. It's an interesting discussion to have, but nobody will ever come to a conclusion as to who is the number one QB of all time. I think Favre, others Elway, Marino, Montana, Brady etc.
