If you're crediting Holyfield with winning that particular belt then you have to call Audley Harrison a world champion too. He won the very same WBF title in 2004.

Jamie Moore retires from boxing after medical advice: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/8616589.stm A real shame because he looked on the verge of a world title fight before defeat to Ryan Rhodes. However, he didn't look right in that fight, and in his last fight a couple of weeks back he looked shot. Herbie Hide is also the latest name to enter Prizefighter. Although he has long fallen from the public gaze, the WBC rate him as their no.3 cruiserweight. This guy could be a real class above the rest.

Big shame about Moore but glad to see him take the sensible option. Certainly didn't look the same fighter as he was when he boxed the other week.

Quite a record I agree, not sure who he fought that was any good. Besides, he wasn't licensed to fight in the USA (apart from Texas maybe?) due to 'irregular' brain scans after a motorbike accident.

Was a lot of stuff going on with him, he had been done for assaulting his wife recently.

He leaves 2 children behind.

Mayweather v Moseley

Groves is boxing on the undercard of the latter as well isn't he?

will be watching the froch v kessler fight, is the mayweather fight on the same channel?? (primetime?)

cant pick the froch/kessler fight, would of gone with kessler upto his last fight which he was awful in.

mayweather in the other

groves looks a very exciting prospect!

Mayweathers on sky,free i think.Great show from the fighting binman tonight,performance of the year so far imo
