ITs not about the money, its about the coaching set up, so The FA have to take full responsibility for the debacle.
England has about 150 UEFA Grade 'A' Coaches, all working with pro or semi-pro adult players. Spain has 800, 200 working with pro's and 600 working with kids from 5 to 16 years old, until we address the grass roots coaching we will be served dross like we have seen over the past couple of weeks from the England team.

A p*ss poor performance from England today. We looked completely disorganised and well out of our depth against a side who doesn't have many well known stars.

There wasn;t one positive to take out of today's game it was bad from start to finish and thankfully the shocking decision before half time to disallow the goal hasn't been a big factor in the end.

After today surely Blatter can't still resist stepping into the 21st century,he's got to ok technology on crucial decisions like goal over the line or an offside leading to a goal.Now England are out I hope the final is ruined by a dodgy goal and he'll then have no choice but to change things.
