It was a penalty. The ref bottled it. Every single thing going uniteds way in the title race. Everything.
I'm glad I;m not a city fan, i;d be tearing my hair out.
.....For a non-City fan, you show a very strong leaning towards them....Every post on here from you is some City-biased rambling, and from your bitterness towards United, you definitely give strong clues where your loyalties lie.

I've got money on city with someone from work, and I'm a leeds fan.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out why I may be just a bit bias against United. Good work cluedo!
I don't know what he's having for breakfast, but another really good performance from Evans tonight.
he's done really well of late..
awful last half hour generally from United, and generally awful in the final 3rd of the pitch, was watching on a crappy stream but looked a penalty, not sure Murphy helped himself, he looked a bit like he was waiting for the contact and was a tad theatrical.
Didn't Bareth Garry get away with a fair blatant one on Saturday?
Juve surprisingly back on the up. Their midfield three of Pirlo, Marchisio and Vidal is outstandingly good. I thought Pirlo was finished when Milan let him go, but he's utter genius in the middle. I know United fans love Scholes, but given both in their pomp, I'd have taken Pirlo.

I think the average United fan has a pretty high opinion of Pirlo too, and given the current fondness for 'value' he & Del Piero are probably on the radar!

Surprisingly because I really felt they'd got themselves in a bit of a rut over the past few years that they were struggling to get out of. After a couple of seventh place finishes and the rise of sides like Napoli, Udinese and Roma looking stronger, I thought they would struggle to get back to the top but they're back this year. I'm also surprised because I wasn't sure if their recruitment would really make that much difference, as I said, I felt like Pirlo was finished, Vucinic is a decent player who I really rated in his Lecce days, but didn't think he was the type of player that would change their fortunes dramatically. The biggest surprise is their turnaround defensively, I've always rated Chiellini but I never thought they'd be this solid.

I think with Pirlo it was a case of a change being as good as a rest. Also, Conté's coaching has been refreshing, albeit with too many draws. Vucinic offers something different, more dynamic certainly than they were ever going to get out of Amauri who was an unmitigated disaster. And Derek Piero.... still got it.
