Benitez was an expensive disaster at Liverpool, I'll never understand the clueless hordes of reds fans who want him back, and I don't understand why you're trying to attribute any other opinion to me?
Errrrrrr..... again, struggling to see your point....
He was brilliant for 2 seasons at the reds, has been cack ever since, super cack at Chelsea in fact. I understand your point on this one even less than previously....

Because you are obviously very dumb.
People on here argue that the LFC job isn't the draw that it was in the past. You claim that they are one of the biggest clubs in the world and their fans will give them more love than they can get anywhere but 3 or 4 clubs.
I'm pointing out that the worship and adulation that the most worshipped recent members of the club are fleeting at best. So why would a manager feel a special draw to Liverpool, considering that success would be easier to attain at other clubs? They wouldn't, you were just talking 5hit.
Again, not sure what point it is that you think I've made... I have never and would never claim anything other than the fact that it will take hundreds of millions of pounds, a top manager and 3 or 4 seasons to get Liverpool back to the top, the combination of all 3 of which is highly unlikely for the foreseeable future.
I agree. So why say "The manager who comes in and turns them around would be guaranteed the kind of worldwide adulation and legendary status that maybe only 2 or 3 other jobs in football could hope to match" as if that is in any way relevant?
