In a Liverpool-MU game they have the right to give him stick. He's an opponent and the past is ample reason to give him stick. But a friendly benefit for Carragher? Only a div would give him grief. They'd be showing themselves up and embarrassing Carragher on a day they should be honouring him.

I prefer Rooney playing CM for England. Doesn't score many goals anymore so he's much better suited for that position. Let the better striker score the goals and let him take praise for the assists.
