Depends if he is truly guilty or not. Only he knows that.

If he did call AF a FBC, and came up with that weak lie, and has stuck to it ever since, then I don't feel any sympathy for him whatsoever. He's a stupid, lying **** and has deserved all he's got, and then some.

If his version of events was accurate, then he's been stitched up totally. Apart from the youtube video there was was no evidence. He shouldn't have been taken to court, he shouldn't have been charged by the FA, he shouldn't have received all the abuse he has.

The District Judge decided that Terry had spoken the word "f***ing b**ck c**t, but it had not been proven that he'd used the words intending to insult Ferdinand.

The FA decided he'd spoken the words "f***ing b**ck c**t".

Both were right.

Not really. I'm pretty sure that most of us, if we'd used that kind of language at work, would have been fired. If anything a two week fine of wages is getting off lightly.

Anton Ferdinand used similar language and started the confrontation. No punishment whatsoever. The language that Terry and Ferdinand used is pretty much standard operating language between opponents.
