100% correct, however, absolutely no point trying to explain that to any ABU though. Remember when Dzeko signed for City and in his first press conference he came out with the old "everybody knows everyone in Manchester supports City" line? He'd obviously been read the script before he even boarded the plane.



With regards the 20 Year PL team don't think there can be too many arguments. Schmeichel & the full-backs pick themselves. Don't see any real competition on the wings for CR & Giggs and up front you'd have to go She-Ra & Terry Henry. At Centre Half & Centre Mid you could probably perm 2 from 4/5 in each position. If I was to pick a team to give them a game I'd go with............

Just goes to show how the top 3/4 have dominated over this period that I'm really struggling to pick players from other teams. I'll have a think and try and come up with my best "non Utd/Arsenal/Chelsea XI".

If Kenny goes, I'll be disappointed, but it's hard to defend that league season, it really is.

He's had us play some good stuff, we've played well a lot but haven't had the results to match. If we'd played poorly throughout I wouldn't have any doubts, but we have and the decent run in the cups also makes me support him.

I think Kenny can turn things around and I don't think it's time to completely start afresh. However, if Kenny is given another season, the expectations compared to results must be honoured. If we expect/want the top 4 more than anything else, then putting everything into that should be our priority. If we flop like we have this season, you can't really defend two seasons of spectacular underachievement, but if we get close to the top 4, then I'll be pleased.

If you take it that the chase for CL football 2013 will be even more intense than this year. 4 teams going into the CL from possible 8. 2 manchester clubs IMO will qualify. 3 london clubs, newcastle, 2 from Liverpool chasing the other 2 places. Liverpool would have to improve dramatically especially at home to overtake the 3 London clubs. Be interesting to see players in at Anfield during the summer.
