Really? Haven't seen that report, if that's true then I can see why there's blame being pointed towards Henderson. That's poor.
CC is going the Arkle
bugger. Why the fook did Hobbs give impression Wishfull Thinking and Captain Chris were off trthe Jewson. fook sake.
As far as I can remember Hobbs had always said it was ground dependant for Captain Chris, with the Jewson if it was going to be fast ground. He has his preferred ground tomorrow and I reckon he will be a real danger. Wouldn't be surprised to see him beat at least a couple of the three market leaders.
Spirit Son must be very special as it is well known how highly Geraghty rates Sprinter Sacre. Cue Card is a worthy market leader but you never know how much possible improvement something has like Spirit Son. Not a race I ever get too heavily involved with.
I would love to see HF win the CH, and will wait until reading tomorrows RP before I decide who I fancy backing. Peddlers Cross ticks a lot of the right boxes and will certainly be storming up the hill. IF, and its a big IF, HF does prove good enough (he hasn't ran in a race as good as this, and a lot of his gd1 wins are on soft ground) then his finishing speed could see the race over and done with in a couple of shakes.
Quevega is banker material, and will be one of my main bets of the day.
