Anyone play poker? Anyone decent at it? Online or real tables? If online which rooms do you use?

not too bad at it mate. Play a lot of local tourneys but dont seem to be able to trust the online games enough to go on them. Dont think online play is as good as live you cant read people proper

Btw anyone looking to start playing online but doesnt feel they are good enough to risk their own money (or if you just want to play for free) Poker Strategy has a quiz where if you get 100% they will give you $150 to get started and there is a good range of poker rooms to choose from. They also have plenty of free material to teach about different aspects of play. Oh and for the quiz, it doesn't take too much effort to find alot of the answers online. And no I'm not getting payed commision by them.

Im starting to get into it a bit at the moment but not good enough to play for real and wont be for a long time,

I think i will just stick to playing on the free one on facebook for now im ok at that

Yeah that is the only problem with online. You have to change your game a little. That said I play online alot more for the convenience.

its just the fact that i dont want to lose money online without seeing and reading people i lose enough live haha no not too bad only staarted last year as im only 19 but not doing to bad beggining of year i was well into it playing 4 times a week lol its 1nce a month now lol like has been said i like the facebook 1 where its play money lol

Play quite regularly, hardly ever online nowadays though due to how much it seems to be based on luck rather than skill.

as we speak now i had 200,000 chips taken off me with 3 aces lo lso luck based this game lol :@

I'm not a big lover of playing online, but I use PKR when I do. It's got the best all round package. Also for those who don't wanna put real money into it, they have play money tables and tournaments where you can win real money for nothing!

I have only got 269,000

so you must be pretty good at it
