To keep a group of players excited to just defend, defend and defend some more to try and win games is hard. We struggled with it under Lam and they look in a similar space currently. I said after Good Friday, we had plenty more in us but I wasn’t sure Saints did. I stand by that. They’ll be right up there at the end of the season and tough to beat but they have one way of winning games.

I think there is some truth in that but it is not coincidence that both Saints and Cats got mullered a week after their encounter in France.
