Not to berate the man because he’s a legend but last time I checked Gregory’s most recently experiences have been propping up the bars in Wigan

1999 when he left Salford. Didn’t he have a (very) brief foray with Dublin in the early 00’s? Other than that he’s seen at local pubs in Ashton, occasionally comes down to watch the Bears. So on that note I can definitely see that we should have put Gregory in charge and not Peet…..

That it? Should NEVER have been out in charge. Immediately sack him and put Billy Boston in charge. He only retired in 1970 and has much more experience than Peet!!!
