It's looking like TL is out for the season which could very well be the end of his career. Just seen this article where Lam states he was aware that TL had been playing with the injury for a number of weeks.
Lam confirmed he had been playing with the injury for the last few weeks, but admitted it “didn’t look good” for the former Kiwi International.
Wasn't Gildart suffering a strain last weekend during the captains run but still turn out for the match day warm up before pulling out last minute. I see he's named in the squad to face Salford, therefore chances are he wouldn't be fully fit.
Didn't French show signs of a strain just before his season ending injury?
I understand we've been thin on the ground with players but are we not making a rod for our own backs by knowingly sending players out not fully fit and heavily strapped up risking long term absences?
I saw someone mention earlier this week regards player conditioning and how poor we've looked this season. It does seem that year after year we do suffer larger injury occurances than other rival clubs.

The three big hamstring injuries sound alarm bells for me. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know you could do it that badly you’d be out for 5 months plus and I don’t think I can recall a player doing one to that degree in my time watching the game (they must’ve done but I can’t recall it). It feels like that can’t be right but maybe it is just bad luck.
Field - thrown in following reported back injury - Didnt need to play against Leigh French - not a lot that could be done, unexpected, if there is any player you would expect to pick up an hamstring strain/injury sometime during the season its a speedster like French Tommy- Leg strapped up tightly - again no need to play him against Leigh
Im all for players putting their hands up to help the team but its poor management to ignore the longer term for 2 points

They had the chance to avoid the French injury. He clearly felt something chasing Harvey Livett back on a breakaway and was having his hamstring treated under the posts after the Salford score. Somebody decided he’d play on and five minutes later it went.

That's the incident I recall. Who's making these decisions?
