Hopefully we can get Field and Hardaker back in a couple of weeks and Leuluai/Smith (or both) can sit out.

Never going to happen. This side is locked in with Leuluai stealing money every week.

I think we’ve looked pretty good tonight, made good yards all game, just couldn’t make the dominance count. How we are 12 points down I’ll never know.

I agree when Lam says each week the old “we’re not far off”…the problem is that next bit to get wherever “there” is is beyond his coaching capabilities. We’re seeing the same little things week on week that are quite easily coached out, because let’s not pretend we haven’t got a capable squad.

You know what, I'm not blaming Lam anymore. It's now gone past the point where this can be pinned on him. He's out of his depth and the blame lies with IL for continuing his and our suffering.

This season is a real blot on IL's copy book. From the outside looking in, he's thrown the towel in. Where are the reinforcements? Why's he let the Lam poop show go on for so long?

I said plenty of times that I wasn't ready to give up on the team, or season. Shame the owner seems to have done it instead.

It's embarrassing how bad we are with the ball at times - Leuluai playing halfback when he should have retired years ago is a microcosm of everything that is currently wrong with the club.

We were good in the first 40. The second half we were abysmal.

We lost by 13pts because of our rudderless, ineffective, predictable and down right embarrassing attacking play. Dominance counts for the square root of jack all if you can’t attack. If Adrian Lam says “we’re nearly there” or “we trained well” I’m going to explode.

Good, aggressive defence. Clueless near the line. Can’t kick goals for toffee.

Only 2 tries on the back of that field position & loads of repeat sets is pathetic.

We weren’t that good I don’t think.

First half Wire had a 40% completion rate, they dropped the ball on most sets and we had great field position that we just about turned into 8 points.

Second half they were always going to come out stronger and they dominated us.
