Salford get the thumbs-up for being bike-friendly. The one time I went their under my own steam, I took my bike, and just rode straight into the car-park, and they just direct you to the far corner, and all the bikes are parked there, and, and there's no charge, sir. Not like Saints who hit you for 3 quid! Although I don't mind that, to be fair.
