Loving what he’s bringing to the team but thought it was a mixed bag last night. He’s such a valuable asset though and we need to get him tied in to a new deal.

Do people see if staying on the wing next year or moving inside to centre? I'd have previously said it was a no brainer to move him inside at the earliest opportunity, but he has has found some form on the wing now.

Yeah, I thought that too, but now he's scoring tries, and we don't know yet if the long-awaited return of our first-choice wingers will see them in full form. Unless and until Manfredi can show that he can do better (and that might be never), happy for him to keep the right wing berth.

Its a 50/50 call.

The rule of thumb is to defend your outside shoulder, so the fact the winger scored on Bibby's outside then you could point the finger at him.

The reason he moved inside was to cover the centre because Isa was out of position and re-treating back from marker.

In those 3 on 2 situations, Bibby just has to make the best decision. If he stays outwide, Connor passes the ball to the centre who goes inbetween Isa and Bibby.

Yeah it's hard to say for sure without knowing Wigan's defensive systems, but it looks like Isa is at fault to me. He is late sliding to the centre which means Bibby has two men to defend. He takes the man furthest inside and forces Hull to have to do a more difficult move (a cut out ball and 'superman' grounding) rather than a simple pass to the centre if Bibby stays out wide.

Without any doubt in my opinion he is in front of Manfredi now.
