I thought Tony Smith made a really good comment after the 2016 GF when he was asked about how gutted his players would be. He said there's a really easy way of avoiding that horrible feeling when you lose a final - you just don't play in them.
You can't win trophies without the risk of losing in finals - I'd much rather be in this position than a fan of a team who never get there.

NEVER be afraid to play in big games, embrace it, challenge yourselves and if you do lose dust yourself down and improve and go again.
Remember a certain poster who didn't want to play the roosters because we couldn't win etc.
