I know he was originally for next season but I do hate it when they sign players who are injured,still let’s hope it’s something and nothing

I can’t remember where/when I read it but he was quoted in saying he was a few weeks away from being in contention. He mentioned the knee had pretty much recovered there was just some physio work left to do to get the strength back up.

He’s never going to be a world beater and there’s going to be a lot of games where he goes under the radar but he is still solid in D and makes yardage in attack. It’s a very shrewd signing IMO. He’s the type of prop you need in your side, the type that doesn’t take a backwards step and gets stuck in.

How good is it see a forward like him in the Cherry and White?

Loved his running battle with Mossop tonight.

Not seen a Wigan Prop go after his opposite number like that since maybe Flower pre GF send off.

He plays like the young Props we have on the books who have done a cracking job at times with that natural aggression but he has the miles on the clock to be able to back it up which I’m sure they will develop especially playing alongside him.

Genuinely think he could be a massive signing for us over the course of the next 5-6 years.

He looks like the best partner to Bullock. If he gets a good pre season he could be a great asset. He looks like he’s still got more to give.

Hope he plays against stains next week rough a few of their forwards up.
