Just a couple of things.
Re: Hill - Having the captaincy really took its toll on Hill for some reason. He's had a new lease of life this year not having the captaincy. He is now just playing prop like he did when he first joined and he is playing far better. He's not giving away the penalties he was giving away the last few years as well. I also think he hasnt been helped with the lack of bench props we've had. Him and Cooper have carried the pack. This year, he's still playing decent minutes but hes not being run to exhaustion like he has been previously. He would be a decent signing for any team, we've got some big boots to fill if he does go.
With regards to King. I have no idea whats going on and either do any fans. Seems a really strange one. He's settled at the club, popular with team mates. However with him being a Huddersfield lad he has no real emotional ties to Warrington like Philbin or Cooper despite coming through the ranks. At one point i thought he was a one trick pony, great for taking kicks to the corner and that was it. However he really has developed, his confidence has grown and he takes a more leading role. I really hope we dont lose him to another SL team. He has ambitions of the NRL and i'd be happy for him to go there. Just like Clark, all fans want him to stay but all fans would be happy with what hes given to the club and would wish him well in the NRL
