Good to see fans being positive. The thing I take from that is the best play in that clip was by Hankinson and he looked like he’s got decent pace contrary to what people on here say. I hope he’s improved and can come back a better player, I always thought he looked solid in his first stint and his goal kicking will be invaluable.

I don't understand why the centre seemingly has to set up every try a winger scores??

There'll be cut out passes from HB or FB, kicks and the winger will create his own.

How many tries did SOL setup for Paddy for example? Didn't make George a bad centre did it.

I honestly don’t get this obsession with Hank. He looks good in a poor, part time, Championship side. He looks average - poor in a SL side such as ours. He isn’t good enough, never has been and never will be.

Thought he went OK for us when given the chance to be honest. It's not great to be 27 with such little SL experience though. Might make more long term sense to invest the game time in Halsall.

Without a shadow a doubt.

The issue however is that Lam hasn't invested in Halsall as a centre.

I've been banging the Hank drum this season, but that's simply because we've had a 2nd row at centre for pretty much every game. Having Hank here this season certainly wouldn't have done any harm to the team, or Halsall.

It's been a massive f-up from the club imo.

Neither was Thornley but check out the feeling on him coming back. Going “ok” isn’t good enough. I’m not going to repeat myself and I get the feeling this will go in circles so let’s agree to disagree and hope ultimately you’re right.

Got told last night wigan are playing silly lovers with warrington over allowing us to announce bullocks signing.

Aside from gildart and Hastings going the NRL has anyone else signed for anyone in sl and been announced yet?
