After chatting to one of the players yesterday I was told joel tomkins is training mainly with the backs. It looks like he may get a chance to play at centre at some point this season. I recon he would make a good powerful Centre and he certainly is quick enough.

I think he could make a top centre personally, in the Keith Senior mould. Albeit I haven't seen anything like as much of him as you guys.

I don't think his feet are quick enough although I'd love to see him flourish in that position. A good big'un will always beat a good little'un.

think it's a great idea, we've got far too many second rowers of top quality, and there just isn't enough spots on the team.
