They also have considerably less homegrown juniors - but then that applies to most clubs in SL, including Warrington, so Quins (nor your club for that matter) need feel too embarrassed. :)

I don't really understand where you are coming from on this one. Harlequins have produced plently of Londoners - I'd even hazard a guess that last season there were more Super League players from London than from Cumbria?

As for Warrington well the last super league game they played they had 8 players produced by their academy. When was the last time Wigan have that many Wigan Academy players in their team for a super league game?

Sean O'Loughlin
Mike McIlorum
Paul Prescott

*FYI - First teamer Sam Tomkins was rested for this game.
**In addition - The loss of Gaz Hock in the latter part of the season also affects the figures.

What would make him bugger off back home? If so, I suggest we get him that.

and so how many of thos 8 warrington produced players would you actually consider first teamers?

For us we have....

Sam Tomkins
Joel Tomkins
Sean O'Loughlin
Darrell Goulding
Paul Prescott
Harrison Hansen
Eamon O'Carroll
Lee Mossop
Mike McIllorum

+ Gaz Hock and Shaun Ainscough who can't really be considered first team really!

The thought of a Wire fan trying to claim that his club has a comparable assembly line of youth to Wigan is really quite hilarious. Winning the cup has gone to several melon-shaped heads.

One thing's for sure, if there's any truth in this Inglis won't be coming back in a hurry. Boar's Head and Standish are currently under inches of ice, snow and slush, and the air temperature is about -3.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know
