Not according to employment law if I remember, as players re-structured contracts. Whelan I think tried to put this across but the RFL would not accept it. So technically we were not over as players had monies deferred, if I remember correctly. However you also went over the cap to back into SL.

as much as we have bantered today i do quite like wigan n for a team there size i thing hanleys not the way forward when u have someone like noble already
