Throwback of a challenge, the like of which you’d see on a regular basis in the 80’s and early 90’s. If a player with a clean record did that, I’d expect 3-4 games, so with Knowles crime sheet resembling my kids Christmas list, he’s probably looking at a game or two more.

Stupid from Knowles and I’d have no complaints or sympathy with a 3-4 game ban.

He’s slowly turning his reputation from being comfortably the best 13 in Super League 18 months ago to a good player but an expensive liability at the moment.

He needs a long hard look at himself.

Really not sure where this narrative is that all the Saints fans are defending him.

Practically every post I’ve read on RedVee and social media slates him.

He’s an absolute idiot. I’d fine him if it was up to me. At the very least he needs to come out with an apology for letting the club and fans down.

20 seconds to go, game won and he chases across the pitch to put a big hit on and gets it wrong. Just not necessary whatsoever.

Apart from the one Jukesays mentioned?

You're right, most people are saying he was stupid and deserved it. What about the other 9 matches (7 with the pathetic GF appeal) he's served suspensions in?

Since September last year he has played 14 games and missed SEVEN with suspension. That could quite easily even itself up very soon. Are we allowed to say he's nothing but a thug yet, or are Saints still being refereed differently?

They're allowed to say that he's become a liability and Grub just like Smithies, and they can keep saying it over and over again even though Smithies isn't in same league as far as suspensions/incidents goes.

Even though he's on something like 47 charges in the last 5 years, more than Mickey Mac in his whole career.
They're allowed to say the RFL have a conspiracy against him, or the saints club.
They're allowed to say that Woolfs defence was awesome whilst everyone else who did it before were just dirty and thugs, and anyone who attempts do it now is dirty
