I said Bailey struggles against pace in the backline this is further compounded by the fact we used this move 2 forward and hold defensive line, we certainly have not used this as much in the second half againsts Quins or as much against Bradford, where we moved forward and met them, holding just prior to contact rather than holding 5 feet from contact.
The defence we play works against a flat ball game assuming we do hold closer to contact, but is still risky when a team plays a deep backline, like Cas and Trinity did as we hold too far from contact and it gives the ball handler time and space to get up to speed or make a decision.
