Don't be held to ransom by any player. If he wants double money or an amount which will be detrimental on how we're building a squad then let him go. No one player is bigger than the club.
Renegotiate what he's worth and offer him the deal, if he doesn't want it and wants the move for more money then let him go, it's his life, he wants to move for more money fair play to him.

Well I truly hope it doesn't happen, but if George does decide to join Wire at least at the end of his career he'll be able to look back with pride on his one GF win.

From what I've heard we have offered him a new deal and are waiting to see what he says when he returns from Dubai, its good money and apparently he will accept the new contract, just what I've heard so don't shot me down if it's incorrect
