Oh dear.....

Scrappy start but after the Sezer sin binning and Harry Smith coming on, we were excellent. Forwards rolling through the middle, Hastings and French looking a real threat, Marshall on fire and Harry Smith playing like a veteran.

Really pleasing.

A great kicking game and top class passing too
Partington’s try a belter but Marshall’s before half time was brilliant

Smith has a wand of a left foot. His weight of kick is unbelievable, with him pinning Huddersfield in their in goal on a few occasions. Was it him who got the 40/20 also? We missed who it was at the game. If we can keep getting a good share of these forward battles, the likes of Hastings, French and Smith will take us a good way.

Marahall, fantastic start to finish and people will talk about his try before half time for the next 30/40 years.

He was and it’s probably no coincidence that we’ve looked a better side these past two weeks with him back in. There wasn’t really a bad performance today.
