I think Bailey cops for some unjustified criticism, he's a solid player and he does his job, not spectacularly but he does it well.

One of the unsung heroes in the team for me.

Played excellently last night.

I don't think his lack of attacking exploits is a huge issue because the majority of our attack is channeled down the left hand side where we are strongest with Carmont, and Hock.

Going forward he even looked better. Gave a great offload to Roberts in the second half.

He is very solid defensively, and twice the centre both Phelps and Goulding will ever be.

I said for ages that Baileys best games for Wigan have been at centre. I was made up when Noble put him back there last week. This was another thing Jonh (super coach) thought he knew best on telling everyone that Bailey would no longer work at centre for some unknown reason.
