What the new owners do in future is entirely up to them, and for reference they haven't officially purchased it yet,

But that doesn't take away from the FACT that it was 2 x separate businesses previously

Nothing's been sold yet and when they are, the new owners can set-up as many companies as they want to distribute the assets.
