McGillvary signed a long term deal last year, not a chance we'll get him I don't think. Also I think that rumour was started by one bloke on Twitter...

Jerry has everything he wants at the Giants, he is a Huddersfield lad playing with his best mates that he went to school with, he is on a big wage, just bought a house and is already regarded as a club legend and is now getting international recognition. I would be very surprised if he were not a 1 club man.

I've said before as a Wakefield lad I want Johnston to stay at Trinity, however he would be a cracking signing if he were to go on the market, which I hope he doesn't.

We clearly need a winger and options now look limited in SL. Solomona potentially a good signing but I would worry that he suits our style. He does strike me as a player who is expected to do the hard yards.

For mine we must be looking to the NRL.

Speaking of outside backs, I'm watching the Cowboys/Eels game, and of course he wouldn't come here, but how good is Semi Radradra?

Kieron Foran stood down by parramatta for personal reasons. I wonder if 2 seasons on SL would do him any good, I'd certainly welcome him at Wigan!

Bowden re-signed today with fc along with other good forwards chris green and dean hadley until 2019

Great signing by Hull. Nice to see a team be able to hold on to their players even if it is to the detriment of Wigan.
