I dont know about him being out of MM and SW plans. We can only speculate on that.
Perhaps they are just trying to get his desire maxed out before giving him a shot?
In times gone by, Feka would have been one of the first names on the Teamsheet (his ever present record shows this) but now he is in the out in the cold.
One thing i do expect is that when he does get his chance, he will work his booty of trying to impress.
I want to to succed as there is no player in the world that matches what he does so effectively.
He is a luxury at the momment, he need to prove himself to be a commodity.
