Not doing. I'm simply going off the three comments posted by you, pemps and Hogan on this thread, which basically say you're not bothered. I think you're telling porkies. There are a couple of other posters say something similar.
I can't work out whether people are seething/sulking and won't admit it, or whether people have forgotten our "home game" 20 miles away in Widnes, or whether it genuinely doesn't bother people.
But just as rugby players don't sulk, and 'true fans' don't criticise, some of us feel strongly about certain issues, and we shouldn't feel afraid to say so. Sorry if that doesn't fit in, here, but hey. It's a free country.
Whoa, whoa, whoa cool your jets Che Guevara. Stop trying to paint yourself as some sort of revolutionary. Your opinion is valid and I understand it perfectly well. In fact your in the majority with that opinion. The fact that the issue doesn't bother me enough to throw a hissy fit shouldn't concern you and really shouldn't raise concerns that all us mods are 'in it together'.
The move to Widnes did annoy me last year but I've come to accept that we play second fiddle to a money making machine (Premier League). Unfortunate, but that's the way it is. The stadium is being named after his fitness/sports business which is named after himself as a lot of businesses are.
