Compared to Wigan's expected two next year (Tautai & Gelling).

We would have McDonnell, Burns, Walsh, Tasi, Vea, Peyroux and Stewart so would be up to our maximum of 7.

Teams will need to do well to put together a better back row then Farrell, Tomkins, Lockers and Bateman. He's always been a good player Stewart but we simply don't need him.

We need a good prop, no more no less IMO but it looks unlikely. It's still an area of concern for me with Crosby and Mossop not offering enough and Tautai being error riddled.

Glenn Stewarts signing for Catalans. Id be very dissapointed as a saints fan if we signed him.

I really wish we'd gone for Frank the Tank. Not only is about the size of a small family car, he is also a 'proper' footballer.

Hull make reasonable signings each year but nothing happens.
The city is a hot bed of Rugby League and both clubs should be doing far better than they do. That pack looks impressive but will they make the top eight next year never mind the four?

You'd imagine that will be outstanding but there's no guarantees. How many players have we seen come from overseas only to fall flat?

On paper that should light up the league next year and for the sake if the game I hope it does and all of those guys Hull have signed are coming for the right reasons.

Ahh this is the annual, "Hull have signed some big names this will catapult them to a top 4 finish". Happens every year only for them to finish mid table or lower.

I'd take our home grown 4.
