Runciman has played all his career at centre/wing. I haven't heard that he has signed for HKR, just that he's coming over to a Superleague club.

Personally I would like a centre who isn't in career free-fall. What's the situation with SKD? Heard he's being squeezed out at the Roosters, if Sam isn't our marquee then he's worth a punt.

Just been hit with a AVO from his wife also, will probably get stood down by the NRL till the police conclude their enquiries, like A'vau at Souths who has missed all this season

Form player as well, however after watching them keep the Warriors scoreless he wasn't missed. Some feat that.

I'd love us to get a really dynamic centre and a proven good quality prop. Id get Hughes back and send Larne Patrick back down the M62 with a thanks and good bye!

Are there any genuine rumoured signings or is this now just a wish list? Of all the names on this thread my choice (wish list) would be Martin Taupau. Looks a bit special this lad!

Where would Jack Hughes play? He's not a dynamic centre and would be 4th choice second row, even with J.Tomkins' shocking form.

And I don't think there are any genuine rumours, we will most likely go with what we have this year plus S.Tomkins.

Rumours are that thornley has signed for us (HKR) not seen to much of him and when i asked the question on here a few months ago your fans didn't seem fussed about him, but bearing in mind goulding is the best super league era centre we have seen how does thornley rank compared to darryl?

Not close - Goulding was a much better centre - Thornley is ok but nothing spectacular, certainly not as good at putting his winger away but given his poor injury record it is not that easy to judge his full potential as he never seems to be able to put a long run of games together.

Ok thanks i was gutted when goulding had to retire and its no coincidence that sio was the league top scorer playing outside goulding and as soon as darryl got injured the trys seemed to dry up for sio
