Depends how long Kear is at Wakefield.
Rumoured along with others to be in line for the England job.
Another reason why Brough is going to Hudds. He won't get picked for England at Wakefield even if Kear is the National coach.
Go to a club in the mix for honours then his chances are far higher. Also he may help Hudds pick up a trophy perhaps.

I'm going to make the prediction that if Brough does indeed join the Giants, he won't have the positive effect on them that many feel he will. I just get the feeling he'll up set the camp somehow and by jigging players around to accommodate him, they'll lose that spark which at the minute is serving them so well.

apparently catalans are trying to hijack the move with a last minute bid. If he wants to win trophies he needs to be at the giants though. They look a really good side this year. Not looking forward to playing them. Ill have no fingernails left

Heard some interesting stuff regards Brough, and to be fair i would not touch him with a barge pole. Basically the lad is a financial mess, he has been offered a massive deal by Trinity, and has turned it down, the cash for whoever he goes to, and it is all about the cash, will be huge, in my opinion his value has become hugely inflated and let them fight for him, in the end he will do nothing but blow it sooner or later.

I was listening to Radio Leeds on the way back from the game today and a Wakey fan alluded to Brough's financial problems.
