When i rang up for a ticket for Sunday i wanted my seat in the East stand but the woman in the ticket office said that the club weren't expecting a big crowd so they were only opening the west stand its very disappointing for me because he's done a decade of service,he always plays above his size just like Mick Cassidy back in the day, like i say very disappointing from the Wigan fans
The fact that the club decided to only use the West Stand for the game only shows the lack of promoting games, especially a Testimonial game for a loyal player like Liam Farrell.
Even yesterday, Wigan TV coverage of all three pre season friendlies was only announced in the morning of the game with London Skolars and even the presentation of that game was poor with even the commentator not knowing about the game being play in four quarters and than spending more time having a chat with John Winter and not commentating on the game or keeping viewers up to date with the identities of the players, especially the new younger players. Not even team sheets posted on the screen prior to the start of the game.
