Have a feeling this thread may as well be shut down for a year after yesterday's announcement! It wouldn't surprise me if that's it for 2016 already.
There are no obvious gaps in the squad unless someone moves on. You do get the impression at times our pack would benefit from one or two bigger players (a big prop from the NRL ala Adam Cuthbertson would be ideal). But Wigan seem to be willing to give up a bit of size in favour of agility and durability and in games like last night you can see the benefits of that.
The main conundrum for 2016 is that 4 into 3 does not go. Hampshire, Tomkins, Williams and Smith into 2 halfback positions and 1 fullback spot.
