Perhaps, but from the same article:

Giants coach Nathan Brown would move regular scrum half Luke Robinson to hooker to accommodate the former Hull half-back, who has arguably the best kicking game in Super League.

into 4 positions means something's got to give. Robbo just signed a new contract so don't reckon it will be him. Grix and Drew have just moved the other way. Lunt has been outstanding this year. Faiumu and giraffe boy???

I'd like to think we'd be making an enquiry into Brough even with Deacon, as Brough would add what Deacon would have added 5 years ago.

I don't think we'll be seeing much of Deacon on the pitch once McIlorum is back, and certainly not past this season, so would you drop Tommy L for Brough?
