Very east to book French trains on Trainline. We used them for trains to Perpignan from Toulouse and return .

Pub o'clock is a sports bar so should have it on?
Seven Sisters, Melting Pot and Thirsty Monk all look good for a pub crawl

We should be in the IBIS Gare around 5:30 p.m.

Melting Pot is great. I'd recommend 'Meet the Meat' for food too.

Anyone received their match tickets in the post as yet? Club advised today that they were posted out Friday, we are now Wednesday and still not arrived. Same happened with my lads Hull KR ticket when it arrived on the day of the match when he'd already left for work in Bolton and was driving to the match straight from work.

Ordered ours Friday morning arrived Monday morning . Ordered Catalan tickets Tuesday morning arrived Wednesday morning .

EW,
I would definitely recommend Restaurant Entrecôte. We discovered this restaurant in Bordeaux when youngest son and I went down to the international match in Agen. Mrs B and I have had holidays for 2 months every year since 2008 in Arcachon and make a point of going the 70kms to Bordeaux every other week just to have steak frites. There is no menu, just rare, medium or bien cuit. As the website says they don't take reservations and it is the only restaurant I have ever know the French to queue. Large quantity of steak and absurd amounts of frites.
Absolutely superb and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend it too highly unless you are a vegetarian in which case good luck in finding a French vegetarian restaurant.

Just looking on the Toulouse Olympique website and loved this description in their preview of the match on Saturday describing Wigan as "cette équipe emblématique" - this iconic club.

However they also named our colours as being 'blanc et grenat', i.e. white and garnet !
