Interesting choice of phrase "I'm staying at Cas as far as I know - you just let those rumours go around and play along with it." http://www.sportinglife.com/rugbyleague ... ml&BID=480 Leaves it open to a little conjecture about his future. Hope there's no smoke without fire! Would obviously do well here, but would also like to see Powell and Mellor get some game time too.

Cas are skint.
A fair amount of cash plus a player then another quality younger player on loan might just do for the Tigers.
The code 13 statement is not convincing at all.

He should move for himself more then anything. He obviously has strong feeling for Cas but the lad is too good not to be winning trophies and challenging for a kiwi shirt and that isn't going to happen at Cas with all due respect.

All in all honesty he should probably go to the NRL if he wants to really test himself.

I doubt the NRL will take much notice of him so long as he plays for one of the smaller British teams.

There are all kinds of reasons why Chase could do with transferring to a higher profile club, even if it's only for a couple of seasons.
