Heard an interesting one this morning whilst at a Pats game, no idea whether there is any strength behind it but it was said Tommy isn't going back to the NRL now because of his injury, and will stay another year. maybe this is why they have told Chase to GTFO.

Would be great news if true, so long as he simply doesn't just get fit and then bugger off mid-season as soon as somebody from the NRL waves a chequebook at him.

Anybody heard similar????

Can't see it as TL will be fully fit before the end of the SL season. Wishfull thinking I think.

I'd rather give Williams the number 6 than have Rob Burrow anywhere near our team. Awful player, nothing more than a gimmick.

Still think Keith Lulia would be a great pick up from the Bulls. Big good feet, good hands, decent pace.

On the subject of Williams, it was said on the other Wigan board that Wire tried to buy him from us in the last couple of months but we flatly refused. Anyone know this to be the case?
