On first reading this story, my initial reaction was why are Wigan yet again saying they won't stand in the way of someone wanting to leave. But on reflection, that Wales no-show must have made it very different for IL to picture himself ever giving Iestyn the top job. As a mere fan, I would be very worried if that happened.
