If I were MK I'd be throwing silly money at Ratchford to come back under this ruling. Myler although no doubting he has some qualities for me is nowhere near the quality of Ratchford.

The doctor may have plenty of money but so does Moran, the only players leaving Wire will be those not in the game plan or naffed off they're not getting a three year contract and going to Hull via Bradford

If Koukash offers a salary of 500k there is no way warrington could afford to match it as it would count on the cap.

Is it current, retrospective or even going to come in?

Besides don't Wigan think we're already creative with our accounting, if you genuinely think that you also wouldn't think we could work around that?

apparently its been ratified so its coming in to play.

Well if Koukash came out and said we offered ratchford a 500k salary and he still didn't leave an no players leave warrington afterwards it already proves what many have thought for the last 5 years.

not sure about that, but development into youth can only be a good thing. More scouting and more development means some clubs do a lot more than they already are. Clubs will still have a budget they need to stick to or not go to crazy if your offering 16 year olds 20-30k its going to be a considerable chunk.

If we're able to re-sign homegrown players with SC exemptions,
Joel Tomkins would fit in our current squad very nicely!
