I have to say that the game of rugby league is rapidly becoming a joke if challenges like that (Minchella on Reynolds) are penalised.

This has been more akin to an amateur game, total waste of the biggest TV showcase we get all year.

Kendal can’t be blamed for the yellow, that was given by the VR.

Peacock got it spot on, doesn’t think it should be a yellow but under the laws of the game it was the correct decision.

I think Minchella was quite lucky. No attempt to make a tackle or wrap the arms. Direct contact with his elbow to Reynolds’ head. I’ve seen Wigan players sent off for far less this year.

Congrats to Leigh. Thoroughly enjoyed the game & what an exciting finish.

He probably won’t get the plaudits but Mulhern won that game with 2 great set up drives, one for the try, the other for the DG.

Exciting but poor quality. Leigh were the only team who played any rugby. HKR’s game plan was made for a wet day. No pace, no craft, just one out rugby.

Yeah agreed. HKR played like we did in the semi, constant 5 drives and then plan B is just hope a kick comes off.

Happy for Lam and Charnley as already mentioned, both good guys.
