That would be my 17.

I wouldn't have Nsemba in the 17 against such a big powerful pack.
Only seen him once live and he played centre that day so couldn't comment on his live performances in the second row but I've watched him quite a few times on Wigan TV and must admit I don't see why he seems to be so highly rated. Seems to lack that bit of dog for me.
Peet has been extremely impressive so far so if he does go with Nsemba this Friday then I would have to assume that I am obviously missing something that the coaching team do on a regular basis.

My heart just sinks a bit when I see Isa in the centres,

We all like Marshall, but he was certainly poor defensively against Saints. But that standing deep,'second full-back' thing early in the tackle count; hasn't he always done it? He was doing it even under Lam, as I recall. I assume it was a pre-agreed thing,

Peet confirmed on Wigan TV Halsall nearly went to Hull FC on loan.

Indicates to me he’s down the pecking order and not in the short term plans.

Why would he, I mean we've got Willie Isa who's made 13 appearances this year (not all at centre mind). We've already given him game time over Nicholson, so why not Halsall too.

Btw that's a bit tongue in cheek, but it's something to ponder. If either of them fullfil their potential at other clubs, we'll look back and say "how did they let them go" and what superstar did we have Infront of them at the time...

Not really a comment on Nicholson or Halsall, but I genuinely can't believe Willie Isa is still at Wigan and even more amazed he's so far up the pecking order as a centre.

Can't complain at French scoring 4 in the first half.
